You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a space where you feel more understood, grounded, and connected to yourself.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming.

Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’ve been searching for a therapist who feels like a better fit, I understand that reaching out can bring up uncertainty, anxiety, or hesitation.

Many of the people I work with have spent years carrying emotional overwhelm internally while trying to appear “fine” externally.
